Is your suggestion related to a problem? Please describe.
User would like to be able to replace the default audio notification sound.

Describe the solution you'd like
Similar to per-room notifications, upload a file and have it be used as the default audio notification.

Describe alternatives you've considered
This is solvable by replacing the default for every room, but this isn't ideal.
