This is a WIP.
There is no SDL PR yet.
There is a flow composed by 3 screens (load terms, display terms, send accepted terms) to be able to adapt to any changes in the design
This looks a bit over-engineered atm because we use only an AlertController but that can be changed next week.
I know there are 2 TODOs in this PR.
