matrix.to: The app does not open a permalink from matrix.to

If you select Element on the matrix.to page at https://matrix.to/#/#raspberrypi:matrix.org, the app will start but it will stay on the home page.

The app does not manage the generated link correctly: https://app.element.io/#/room/%23raspberrypi:matrix.org

It seems to be a regression introduced in https://github.com/vector-im/element-ios/pull/3503/files#diff-cbbd8371273a3fadc81f13824067aac0eccbcf41255a8e849ed8051060705991R1232

A message with such link in the app has the same behavior: the app goes to the home screen but does nothing.
