Riot-iOS and Riot-Android must apply on their SDK the changes available in the following PR
matrix-org/matrix-js-sdk#848, which fixes element-hq/element-web#8793 (Persistent OLM.UNKNOWN_MESSAGE_INDEX errors after logging in a new web client)

Crypto: Handle partially-shared sessions better

- don't cancel key requests if we can't decrypt everything in the session
- overwrite the session key if we get a better version
