Convert USDX note files to MIDI
Usage: USDX2MIDI source.txt out.mid [-mul X] [-C4 X] mul = note length multiplier C4 = MIDI C4 value (usualy 60)
multiplier should be adjusted according to song BPM, 250BPM ~ mul 50
