Relates to elastic/kibana#141371
This PR updates https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/security/master/cases-open-manage.html to mention the bulk actions that you can perform on cases. It also refreshes a screenshot to reflect (1) the changed icon in the "Actions" menu, and (2) the disappearance of the "Bulk actions" button when there are no cases selected.
I also removed the "xpack" role, since it no longer serves any purpose.
