[REQUEST]: Read-proof user documentation and instructions on the new setup workflow

Description

We'd love to have the team read-proof and give feedback on a soon-to-be-created PR in our doc repo.
This PR will change all existing setup instructions from terminal/command base to Kibana UI.

The current documentation to setup Universal Profiling lives here

I'll raise a PR in the repo hosting this doc soon to change the instructions into a guided setup via Kibana.
The guided setup in Kibana will be introduced in 8.7 (see elastic/kibana#148959 and elastic/kibana#150885).
