Currently the docs setup combines documentation meant for plugin developers, with docs meant for contributors or team members. This paves the way to split them up. With an accompanying elastic-docs PR (https://github.com/elastic/elastic-docs/pull/233), it'll look like this:
This will give plugin developers a single location to go to learn all about creating Kibana plugins, without being overwhelmed with internal level documentation.
