Summary
This allows saved object type mappings to specify the
doc_valuesproperty for fields. When fields aren't sorted or aggregated overdoc_values: falsewon't add this field to the doc_values on-disk data structure which can reduce the overhead of specifying a field. https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/doc-values.htmlRelated to #43673
