## Summary

This PR fixes the hosts view functional test, stabilizing the flaky test
cases that started to fail after changes were made to the page

### How to test

- `yarn test:ftr:server --config
x-pack/test/functional/apps/infra/config.ts`
- `yarn test:ftr:runner --config
x-pack/test/functional/apps/infra/config.ts --include
x-pack/test/functional/apps/infra/hosts_view.ts`
