[Cloud Posture] Add Coming soon options for KSPM

Summary

This PR is part of a quick wins ticket, it adds the AKS and GKE coming soon options for the KSPM policy integration of the Cloud Security Posture. In order to keep all the options in one row, the acronyms descriptions were moved to a tooltip
