1. Kibana Environment should exist.
2. Auditbeat should be installed

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Detection tab of security.
2. Click on manage a detection rule
3. Click on create a new rule.
4. Select the custom query rule.
5. click on "Import query from saved timeline".
6. Click on the "create a template from timeline" icon and observe the navigation is not working.

Impacted Test case:
N/A

Actual Result:
Navigation is not working for the "create a template from timeline" icon under the "Import query from saved timeline" when creating a custom rule.

Expected Result:
Either navigation should be work or the icon "create a template from timeline" should not be available under the "Import query from saved timeline" when creating a custom rule.

Hi @MadameSheema,

We have validated this ticket on 7.13.0 BC4 build and observed that issue is fixed. "Create a template from timeline" and "Create a timeline from template" icons are removed.
