Describe the feature:
On 7.12 we introduced a new plugin vis_type_xy that integrates with our color palette and gives our users the ability to select among our EUI palettes and the legacy one.

Our sample xy visualizations are still configured to use the legacy palette. As we want to drive our users towards the EUI palettes we should update the sample visualizations to use the default EUI palette instead.
