Kibana version: 7.11.0 BC3

Elasticsearch version: 7.11.0 BC3

Server OS version: darwin_x86_64

Browser version: chrome latest

Browser OS version: OS X

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from staging

Describe the bug: Kibana prints blank maps when user is using reporting feature for print PDF without the option - "optimize for printing enabled"

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to sample dashboards
  2. Click on share and click print without "optimize pdf enabled"
  3. Kibana prints the report of the dashboard but maps panel is blank

Closed by #88531

#88531 fixed a bug in vector tile loading that would prevent the tiles from loading on first page load. This was causing the tiles to not be displayed in reporting.

With #88531 applied
