I've only confirmed this with x-pack, but it's possible that this happens with any plugin: after removing the plugin with the kibana-plugin cli, the next time I try to start Kibana, the optimizer is kicked off for the remaining plugins, and this can result in an out-of-memory issue.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Grab an alpha2 build
  2. Install timelion by url
  3. Install x-pack
  4. Run Kibana
  5. Stop Kibana
  6. Remove x-pack
  7. Attempt to start Kibana, and it should eventually crash due to process-out-of-memory while the remaining plugins are optimizing

This is probably the result of #6822

⚠️ The biggest set of type changes in this PR come from the breaking
change that makes `pageSize` and `pageSizeOptions` now optional props
for `EuiBasicTable.pagination`, `EuiInMemoryTable.pagination` and
`EuiDataGrid.pagination`.

This caused several other components that were cloning EUI's pagination
type to start throwing type warnings about `pageSize` being optional.
Where I came across these errors, I modified the extended types to
require `pageSize`. These types and their usages may end up changing
again in any case once the Shared UX team looks into
#56406.
