The error stack for the last case looks mysterious:

Error: Caught error after test environment was torn down

expected 200 "OK", got 301 "Moved Permanently"

There are no request assertions nor supertest usages in the tests.

As they are executed with the same runner, maybe the src/core/public/application/integration_tests/router.test.tsx error is caused by the src/core/server/http/integration_tests/core_services.test.ts one? Some pending ES requests failing after the test completion?

That's possible as tests were run at the same time. I'd expect that jest is smart enough do not report failures from other files
