[Monitoring] Hyperlink UI issues in monitoring app

Describe the bug:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to monitoring
2. Right click "link" on main page, or on instances
3. On main page, the "links" are buttons, and cannot be opened in new tab or have url copied
4. On Overview -> Instances page (app/monitoring#/beats/beats page), the "links" are also buttons, and cannot be opened in new tab or have URL copied.
5. On Nodes page (/app/monitoring#/elasticsearch/nodes... page), the "open link in new tab" renders a blank page with error

Expected behavior: Url hyperlinks should function as expected by users (open link in new tab and copy URL capabilities), or not displayed as hyperlinks

There may be more instances of this within the monitoring app, but the lack of hyperlink functionality is a usability hinderance for users.
