[Lens] Change top values default from 3 to 5, with some exceptions

As originally requested in #55477 by @AlonaNadler:

Can we have the size of the top value to be 5 by default for pie and donut?
Can we change the top 5 in all visualizations and keep the "breakdown by" to 3 by default?

In terms of easiest change to most complicated:

• Easiest: Change to top 5 values as the default everywhere
• Medium: Use the suggestion system to generate many similar queries, such as top 3 & top 5, and let the visualization decide
• Hard: Give the visualization more control over how queries are built

I like the easiest approach not only because it's easy, but also because it creates consistency across all the different visualizations we support.

What we can do is:

• Change to top 5 terms by default
• For suggestions which use a date histogram + terms, use top 3 values instead of top 5 ("break down by")
