Reported in #59303

When saving a Saved Search, the current Saved Query ID is not saved.

To reproduce:

  1. Create a saved query in discover
  2. Save the search
  3. The saved query ID is lost

After discussing with @kertal and @Dosant , decided to keep behavior as is right now, to avoid over complicating it
