Describe the bug:
We are working on migrating our code from Kibana 6.3.2 which we have had so far, to the new Kibana 7.5.1

I can see that VisTypesRegistryProvider is being referred. This function has been in use in our Kibana 6.3.2 based project. Now, after cloning Kibana 7.5.1, this function is missing. Either the documentation needs to be updated, or the function should be added.

Closing, as this is related to #52511 and explained further in this comment. The docs for custom visualization development have been temporarily removed as of 7.5 while we migrate everything to the new visualizations service, which will be the longer term infrastructure for handling custom vis types.

At that time, we'll be providing detailed and up-to-date documentation on the service.
