When a user builds a visualization there is no means to disable/enable an individual dimension. One must delete/recreate the additional dimension while creating the visualization.

You can only change priority or delete....

It would improve the experience to be able to quickly toggle these.

Maybe we can merge the up and down arrows into a image button that works as a drag-and-drop handle, then use the empty space for a toggle button.

@spalger What about dragula? Has an Angular version and it's really small. I'd be thrilled to work on this.
