Align numbers to the right in a tables across Kibana

When users from the business are using Lens they get confused when the currency is aligned to the right. It makes it harder to scan values especially when not every value has the same number of decimal points

Lens doesn't know that these are currency values, because this formatter uses numeraljs. To actually do this change we first need a currency formatter type: #53972

@AlonaNadler Can we make this a more general request to align all numbers to the right in tables? The more general request is easier.
