Migrate Sample data

Sample data sets for demo purposes when a new user starts working with Kibana and doesn't have any data ingested. The plugin provides a pre-filled dataset to demonstrate Kibana plugin capabilities.
Sample data plugin allow:

• to install dataset
• to retrieve dataset
• to extend data
