[DOCS] Updated screenshot required on the Infrastructure monitoring node details page

There are some recently implemented changes on the Infrastructure Monitoring node details page (for example, #42689, which adds more information to the top of the page).

There are also some changes that are in progress (for example, #43627, which adds a Docker section to the same page).

Any changes to the docs text will be minor, if needed at all, but the screenshot needs updating at some point. As the changes aren't critical for the reader at this point, it may be worth finding a clear cut-off point, either after all planned changed have been completed, or even the next major release, rather than playing catch-up repeatedly for lots of small changes.
