In using the map, it seems like we would want to maintain the zoom level when navigating between pages.

e.g.
map_save_zoom_level

As a result, that leaves the user with two ways to return to a dafault-like zoom, and that's by using the - zoom out toolbar button or the two-layer deep 'fit to data' option below. We may want to provide a toolbar button to return to default zoom depending on usage.

Moving to 7.5 as there will be additional UX changes necessary to enable the ability to return to the default zoom without having to do a hard page refresh.

Removing from 7.5, but leaving open for discussion as I'm not sure this is necessary.

@MadameSheema I think this is still relevant, but will defer to @elastic/security-design for reviewing usability changes.
