[Maps] Cannot fit on layers with geo_shape documents

Layer-fitting is disabled for document-layers using a geo_shape field.

This is because the geo_bounds aggregation is not supported on these fields.

Blocked by elastic/elasticsearch#7574, which in turn is blocked by elastic/elasticsearch#37206.

@jomach, the index will have to support doc_values for geo_shape field. If your index was created prior to 7.8, then you will have to reindex and change your mapping for the geo_shape field to enable doc_values.
