When a feature is removed from the map (e.g. due to a data-update, or because the user adds a new filter that does not include the feature, or it falls out of the time-range), any corresponding tooltip should be removed.

Alternatively, a tooltip for a feature should auto-update with that feature if new data is requested. e.g. for a moving track, the tooltip should move along with the feature.
