[Canvas] Canvas workpad reporting layout is broken in solutions view

Kibana version: 8.16.0 BC3

Browser version: chrome latest

Browser OS version: OS X

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from staging

Describe the bug: If user tries to print canvas in solutions view, the layout is broken.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a space with observability view
2. Make sure you have some sample canvas workpads ready to go. I found this bug on ecommerce workpads
3. Click share and pdf reporting
4. the resulting report layout is broken.

@bhavyarm Is this a serverless instance? Is this cloud? Canvas shouldn't be available in serverless, so this might be hinting at another bug hahah :)

Previously, this could be reproduced with Kibana set to a cloud configuration. Now, this can also be reproduced on-prem since #203239 has been merged. You can now create a new space and set a solution view for the space.
