Markdown visualization in a dashboard resized to fit the text, cause scroll bar appearing

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): YUM

Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior:
with a Markdown visualization in a dashboard the margin of the upper container display a scroll bar

Steps to reproduce:

1. create Markdown visualization with 1 line text
2. place the visualization in a dashboard
3. resize the container to just fit the text (the scroll bar appear)

Hey @gregboero, the dashboard grid sizes don't appear to support the level of granularity that is required to get the current size of your text exactly inside of the dashboard panel without it scrolling. Are you asking for us to allow you to resize the dashboard panels with more granularity?

If you reduce your markdown visualization's font-size a few points, you should see the scrollbars go away.

Hey @kobelb thanks for your answer it would be great to have more granularity, but I think the problem is more global on padding in markdown visualization if you remove the padding it works well for me
