WCAG A
Description
We use our primary blue color for links, calls to action, and active tabs. Generally this is fine because we have additional means like heavy lower borders, icons, or other visual clues to help users perceive these as actionable. This issue is being written to address links in blocks of text that do not have these affordances.
Links in text can be hard to spot by color alone. The WCAG guidance is a minimum color contrast of 3:1 and strongly recommends a second means like an underline. We have a number of instances where our links are not underlined that have been noted for review. Including two examples from our Integrations view for reference.
I recognize this is a large item with many groups affected, so I'm adding it as a design issue and opening a GitHub discussion.
