Feature request: "Save copies of edited dashboards/visualizations"

Describe the feature:

When editing a factory or already existing dashboard/visualization, I want to be able to save my modifications without changing the dashboard from which I started.

To do this, I want a "Save As" button next to the "Save" button on the top menu.
When clicking "Save As", a prompt for the new name should be shown

You can already currently do this by saving an existing dashboard and choosing "Save as a new dashboard"

This was done as part of #9087 and available starting in 5.2.
