Describe the bug:

Cat API endpoints are being shown as escaped strings "...\n..."

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Dev tools
2. execute GET _cat/indices
3. Note response formatting

Expected behavior:

Response is shown unescaped with lines visually separated
