Describe the feature: Ability to bulk hide & show annotations at the layer level

Describe a specific use case for the feature:
When I have annotations on a vis
And I'm working on the core visualization
I need to hide all annotations
So I can more easily edit the core vis without seeing the annotations tempoariliy
And avoid having to click them one by one

When I have a large number of annotations on display
And I am looking for root cause
I need to hide entire groupings of annotations at once
So I can easily sift through the annotations
