Tabs in Discover #12968
Comments
Could you elaborate on the benefits of tabs in app vs tabs of the browser? |
I would re-open this. |
Couldn't you just right click the "View Single Doc" link and open that in a new tab and then continue searching in the original tab? |
Ok, so change it to multiple logs.

I'm still not sure I understand the advantage over opening a new browser tab, can you elaborate? IMO implementing a custom tab system is almost always a mistake, but if there are workflows that are currently more difficult than they should be perhaps we can solve those issues in other ways. |
I would love to have multiple tabs open in the Discover app to assist when I need to switch between searching multiple indices. This can be accomplished today by using the tabs in your browser but having the tabs inside the discover app would be better.
