TSVB needs to display better UX message when default index pattern is non-time based. #123863

Kibana version: 7.17 snapshot

Elasticsearch version: 7.17 snapshot

Browser version: chrome latest

Describe the bug: When default index pattern is non time based - TSVB displays "Required one of fields [field, script], but none were specified." which doesn't help the user. This needs to change to tell the user - TSVB is for time-based index patterns.
