As an analyst, I want to be able to see the time that my Exploratory View visualization was created, and the time range the data applies to, so that when I screenshot the chart to be added to a presentation or send to an exec, my audience has context about the visualization's time frame.

The date the chart was created and the the time range for the data should be added to the bottom corner of the exploratory view chart.
