Fix failed test reporter for SIEM Cypress use (#57240)

* [@kbn/test] build with source-maps * [@kbn/test] the jUnit Reporter being used for SIEM Cypress tests sometimes doesn't include testcases in XML Co-authored-by: Elastic Machine <[email protected]>
