[Elastic Agent] Add missing hyperlinks in agent health dashboards

What does this PR do?

Due to some export issues for 8.9, this PR adds the resources missing in #7471 by modifying the JSON saved objects directly rather a new re-export of the dashboards.

I manually checked all the links again to ensure they import again correctly.
