@ycombinator IIRC there was a change on the ES that was changing the http code being returned right?

It looks like it but I don't see why this would be the case. The fix in Elasticsearch should exist in 8.18, so this test should be passing.

@Tim-Brooks Is there some chance the fix in elastic/elasticsearch#114869 wouldn't exist in Elasticsearch 8.18.0? If it helps, the failing test is expecting 400: parse_exception but instead getting from Elasticsearch 400: x_content_parse_exception.

This appears to have been a deliberate change: elastic/elasticsearch#114445.
