Some icon asset SVGs are huge

The Golang SVG is enormous given what it provides - 241KB in fact. Turns out, it's just a PNG embedded in the SVG.

If we have the opportunity, we should audit our logo SVGs for embedded images and replace them with proper vector versions. Fortunately, we load icons on-demand.

Here's an audit. A couple of these can be fixed, but some of them are a little obscure and don't have readily available SVGs.
