When clicking one of the times in the picker the hour is set correctly, but the seconds are ignored.

Are there plans for supporting seconds in the time picker? Could we possibly reset the seconds to 0 if you click one of the time options in the picker? Is this something that should be handled by the EUI component, or something we should fix in Canvas since it's kind of a special use case for us?

We do not have plans to support selecting specific a seconds value. However, #1337 sets the seconds value to 0 when a time is selected.
