**Problem:** The [Kibana Docker install docs](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/master/docker.html) duplicate the Elasticsearch Docker instructions. This makes the two doc sets harder to maintain. For example, the docs currently use different container names, which makes them incompatible. **Solution:** Adds Kibana setup instructions to the Elasticsearch Docker install docs.
