We now have a remote cluster client exposed which can talk to a given remote cluster and manages reconnects etc. This makes code more readable than using the transport layer directly.

We now have a remote cluster client exposed which can talk to a given remote cluster and manages reconnects etc. This makes code more readable than using the transport layer directly.
