It would be interesting to have a dedicated page where we define what a "rejection" means (
429 TOO MANY REQUESTS
).It would be useful to have a list of possible root causes:
indexing_pressure
reached the limit (https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/index-modules-indexing-pressure.html) - Applicable since 7.9+We often refer to "rejection" in the docs but we never define it.
