SQL: Don't allow inexact fields for MIN/MAX (#39563)

MIN/MAX on strings are supported and are implemented with TopAggs FIRST/LAST respectively, but they cannot operate on `text` fields without underlying `keyword` fields => inexact. Follows: #39427
