@gvnmagni fyi, we will create a new issues in the Kibana repository because this palette will go into Kibana.

Scope for this issue: just include the new color palette (default) and the high contrast one as additional palettes for all chart types
Out of scope: offering the high contrast palette as an option for the default and naming (to be discussed Florent).
