The vis is not using the size of the container efficiently. There is white space to the left of the vis

Improved responsiveness to the container to more fully use the container

an important consideration with this is how to address multi panel alignment on dashboards. In some cases users might want the rigid layout like it is now to get alignment

...but I still think we need to offer control to change this to fix issues that arise like cutoff titles, wasted space.
