Minor fixes to apm fake component and integration test

What does this PR do?

• Improve logging for apm fake input
• Close default APM tracer (would only generate noise in the logs while trying to connect to localhost by default)

Why is it important?

It helps with diagnosing issues when testing APM config propagation
