Cherry-pick of PR #22854 to 7.x branch. Original message:
Run light metricset processors when standardizing events on integration tests.
This is not running exactly the same code than builder code uses for real when
initializing metricsets, but it is still useful to be able to compare final events,
or to generate
data.json
files using Go integration tests. Added tests shouldensure that the real builder and test code behave consistently.
Tests are added to ensure that light metricset processors are executed on
python and Go integration tests.
Fixes #21817.
