@beniwohli we can wait to see if the issue is fixed in the next hours, if so we close this PR, if not we merge it. |

It simply checks the
/etc/issuefile to see if the Docker image is a Debian Jessie based, if so replaces the/etc/apt/sources.listwith a good one.
